This is the EPA's form used for importing nonroad engines. Use this form if you are buying
a machine that is coming into the US from another country.

Facture Pro Forma/Proforma Invoice
An invoice sent in advance of shipment, usually to enable the buyer to obtain an import
permit or foreign exchange permit, or both. The proforma invoice gives a close approximation
of the weights and values of the shipment to be made.
