I was one of the four founding partners of HDD Broker back when we first started in 2000. Back then, we all wore a lot of hats, doing anything and everything that needed to be done, regardless of whether we knew how to do it yet, or what we needed to do to get it done. I started by focusing on sales and marketing, eventually ending up in the role of General Manager.
Fast forward thirteen years, and I found myself working for Vermeer Corporation in their Marketing and Business Insights department, and also headed their Innovation Management initiatives. After years in that role, I left Vermeer to focus on my hobby business, the Nautilus Drydocks, which supplied parts, components and fully built models of remote controlled submarines (yes, that's really a thing!).
When the opportunity to come back to work for my old company came up, I couldn't resist the chance to get back to HDD Broker, our amazing team, amazing culture, and amazing customers. I'm now HDD Broker's Brand Manager, heading up marketing and working with the management team to grow and evolve the business.
