HDD Broker's NEW Extended Warranty Program

By Bob Martin - General Manager of HDD Broker LLC - September 30, 2013

One of the biggest concerns a contractor has when purchasing pre-owned equipment is how long it will hold up to the rigors of day to day use over time.

New equipment is usually offered with a manufacturer's warranty, a bit of peace of mind that should anything go wrong with the machine, it will be repaired with little out of pocket expense or delay.

To date, all pre-owned equipment suppliers have sold equipment in the same manner, "AS IS and WHERE IS".

HDD Broker is now proud to be offering warranty options for all qualifying equipment!

You can now choose between:

  • 3 months / 375 hours
  • 6 months / 750 hours
  • 1 year / 1500 hours
  • 2 years / 2500 hours

Any pieces of HDD Broker equipment that fall within the HDD Drill, Trencher, Plow and Rock Saw categories that is newer than 5 years old and has less than 5000 hours of existing use may qualify! The equipment must be located in Canada or the United States.

Signing up is easy! All you need to do is provide an oil sample analysis for both engine and hydraulic systems and fill out the application form.

HDD Broker's warranty coverage is fully transferrable and follows the equipment! Additionally, your warranty premium can be refunded on a pro-rated basis according to the amount of time since warranty was initiated and how much is remaining in the contract (provided no claim has been made against the policy).

Do you have another piece of equipment in your fleet that you'd like to add warranty to? No Problem! Just send us the information and we'll be happy to quote you on extended warranty options for that piece, too!
