What is the procedure for the inspection? What can I expect when I submit a request to inspect?

After you submit your request it will immediately get distributed to one of HDD Broker's sales team. They will contact the seller of the equipment to ensure availability. If the equipment is available, you can expect to be contacted to make arrangements for the inspection fee collection. Once the fee is collected, the inspection is scheduled with Aspen Field Services and they will dispatch one of their 6,000 in-field technicians to inspect the equipment. Once the inspection is complete, the information and photos will be summarized in a report that will be forwarded to you for review.
