On a construction site, in a warehouse, or in the front seat of your truck, you can list your used equipment on the go without stopping back at the office or transferring information to a computer.

Uploading images is simple, with a quick feature that allows you to upload existing photos or take them right then and there with your mobile device. And with our dedicated staff working diligently to post your listing within one business day, you know that your equipment will be available on the website and sold fast, so you can get on with the next job.

What is HDD Broker Listing App?

The HDD Broker Listing App is a web based application for submitting listings while in the field. The application is designed for to ease of use with mobile devices.

How much is the HDD Broker Listing App? Is the HDD Broker Listing App free?

The HDD Broker Listing App is free for use. You can access it by going to https://mobilelistings.hddbroker.com/.

How can I see my listing?

You will receive a listing confirmation by email containing a reference number once your equipment has been listed on our website. On our website you will be able to view your listing with that reference number. Listings are reviewed before posting.

How long until the listing is on the website?

Listings are reviewed before posting. We try to post as quickly as possible and are up within one business day. If you have any questions about a listing you can contact us at +1.866.960.3331 or by email at listings@hddbroker.com.

How do I upload more than one listing?

After submitting the first listing tap on the "Add another" link to fill out the next listing details.

How do I add a serial number?

You can take a photo of the serial number and upload it with the listing or put your serial number in the details for your listing.

I sent you a video why was it not uploaded with my listing?

Currently the HDD Broker Listing App does not accept video files. If you tried uploading a video it would not arrive at our listing department. You can contact our listing department at +1.866.960.3331 or by email at listings@hddbroker.com to get directions on how to submit a video.

I have additional information about a listing I already sent. What do I do?

You can email changes to listings@hddbroker.com or call and talk to our listing department at +1.866.960.3331.

What if I have more photos to submit than the HDD Broker Listing App lets me?

You can submit an additional listing though the HDD Broker Listing App. Include your details and a reference in the description about the previous listing you would like to attach the photos to. Photos can also be submitted by emailing listings@hddbroker.com. Include the reference number received in your listing confirmation email that will be sent to you when your listing is posted to our website.

Is there a size of image that is too big to send?

The total size for all the images must not exceed 20 MB.

Will this work on my phone or tablet?

Minimum requirements are: Android is 2.3 and higher, iOS is 4.2 and higher, Blackberry OS7 and higher. All up to date browsers will work with this application. There may be some functionality issues with browsers on operating systems that run outside of the minimum requirements.

Do I need internet access to use this application?

Yes you need internet access to use the application.

Is the HDD Broker Listing App available in the Apple Store or Google Play Store?

No the HDD Broker Listing App is only available through https://mobilelistings.hddbroker.com/.

How do I take pictures with the HDD Broker Listing App?

When selecting pictures to submit, your phone may give you the option to select existing pictures or give you the option to take a picture. You can choose to take the pictures before filling out the Listing App or you can take pictures while you are filling out the HDD Broker Listing App.

What image file types are accepted with this web application?

These standard image types are accepted formats: .PNG, .GIF, .JPG, .JPEG, .JPE, .BMP

What if my currency is not USD and I don't know the conversion?

If your currency is different than USD you can make note of what currency you would like to use in the description of your listing.

I made a mistake on the listing. What do I do?

You can contact our listing department at +1.866.960.3331 or by email at listings@hddbroker.com and let them know about the change you would like to make.

Is there a way to resize the images?

The HDD Broker Listing App does not resize submitted images. If you are having trouble submitting the pictures you can email them to listings@hddbroker.com. Be sure to include your contact information and a brief description of the equipment so that we can match your pictures up with your listing.
