Bentonite mixer: Dry bentonite mix hopper and mixing system shears bentonite four times for maximum yield. Coated butterfly valve reduces clogging.
Work lights are standard. Electric motors are equipped with motor starters with overload relays. Machine has an emergency shut down switch. Supplied with electric grounding stake and cable. Safety railings around elevated work surfaces.
Trash pump: Electric driven with circuit protection, with 100 feet (30.5m) of 4-inch discharge hose with cam-lock fittings.
Wash down system: 110 gallon (415 L) poly tank, 1500 psi electric driven pressure pump, 100' (30.5 m) hose, hose reel.
The rule of thumb is that a cleaning system should have 1.5 to 2 times the capacity of the mud pump on the job. The MCM-1000B has a rated cleaning capacity of 160 gpm. It is suitable for use with drills whose mud pump output is 80 to 100 gallons per minute.
